Tile Flooring
Tampa area home buyers love tile. Some home buyers prefer tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry rooms while others want tile throughout. You won’t know what your future buyer wants so choose what you want in your home. Just make sure to select a tile that is neutral, larger than 8”X8” square, and modern looking.
